2. Data Collected

When you contact us via the WhatsApp widget on the site, we collect: your phone number, your name, and the content of the message you send us. No web form collects sensitive data within the meaning of art. 5 lit. c nFADP.

The site also collects anonymized navigation data (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) for the purpose of aggregate audience measurement.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

• Connection service: respond to your request and connect you with the relevant partner professional. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 31 para. 1 nFADP) and pre-contractual measures at your request.
• Audience measurement: improve service quality and detect technical issues. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 31 para. 1 nFADP), anonymized data, no individual profiling.

4. Recipients

Your data may be shared with the following recipients:

• Partner professional mandated to respond to your request.
• Mailgun (USA) - transactional email routing.
• Vercel (USA) - site hosting.
• Google LLC (USA) - Google Analytics.
• Microsoft Corporation (USA) - Microsoft Clarity.
• Meta Platforms (USA / Ireland) - WhatsApp Business if you contact us through the chat widget.

For transfers to the United States, we rely on standard contractual clauses recognized by the Federal Council and the FDPIC as appropriate safeguards under art. 16 nFADP.

5. Retention

Contact data is retained for the time necessary to process your request, and at most for 24 months after the last contact. Aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 14 months (Google Analytics) and 30 days (Mailgun events).

6. Your Rights (art. 25-28 nFADP)

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have the following rights:

• Microsoft Clarity - anonymized heatmaps and session recordings.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. As internet transmission is never entirely secure, you transmit your data with awareness of this residual risk.
